Refund Policy

30-Day Service Commitment

We are committed to completing the agreed credit improvement service within 30 days from the date all required documents and information are received from the client.

Full Refund Eligibility

If ScoGrow fails to perform the agreed service within 30 days due to reasons solely attributable to ScoGrow, the client may be eligible for a 100% refund of the service fee paid.

Refund Conditions

A refund may be issued if:

  • The client has provided all required documents and information.
  • The delay is not caused by the client, third parties, credit bureaus, banks, lenders, or government agencies.
  • The service has not been completed within the 30-day commitment period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client fails to provide requested documents or information.
  • Delays are caused by credit bureaus, lenders, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities.
  • The client requests cancellation after work has already commenced.
  • The client provides inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
